What model do you use?

We use Claude as the primary reasoning engine, embedded inside agentic workflows that traverse the SpotQuest substrate. The model is the speed; the layer is the depth.

Is my data secure?

Briefs and properties are handled under NDA on request. Outputs are owned by you. We do not train models on client briefs.

How fast is the turnaround?

72 hours for the standard quickscan. 10 days for a full feasibility. 14 days for a headroom-to-grow study. 90 days for a full AI consultancy engagement.

Do you white-label?

Yes - for feasibility consultancies (JLL, HVS, Horwath etc) and for hotel management companies who want SpotQuest beneath their own deliverables.

Can you customise the output?

The methodology is consistent (that is the point). The output format, branding and depth are configurable.

Pricing

How is SpotQuest priced?

Per-study, monthly subscription, or enterprise. Monthly subscriptions for unlimited screening. Enterprise for multi-brand portfolios. Discovery calls are free; quickscans are free for first-time properties.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. The first quickscan is free. Subscriptions are monthly. Enterprise contracts are typically 12 months.
